Hands and Wrists Zone Explained
Hands and wrists are so important, I know this because due to the fact that I have a torn scapholunate ligament in both of my wrists, for a period in 2020 I lost complete use of both hands.
With this in mind I have learned just how unbelievably precious your hands and wrists are, I have also had to spend a lot of time learning how to adapt. Thankfully, I have regained at least some use of my hands and wrists, I have a long way to go with rehab, but one thing is clear I never want to lose complete use of my hands ever again.
What you’ll find on here is everything I’ve learned about how to keep your hands and wrists safe and healthy. That includes how to use technology safely, so phones, tablets, computers. Even how to use computers and other technology when you can’t use your hands at all.
Other things I talk about are how I am rehabbing my hands and wrists, along with everything I’ve learnt about rehabbing hand and wrist injuries.
Basically in this section I talk everything about hands and wrists, from how to use technology safely, to exercise ideas, to much more. So if you have hand and wrist problems, from a torn scapholunate ligament like me, to RSI, to carpal tunnel syndrome, to whatever, or if you just wish to avoid hand and wrist problems, then hopefully you will find what I post here to be of use.
