About

Founder David Graham

Hey I’m David Graham, I’m a sci-fi and fantasy writer, blogger and photographer from the north-east of England. This is my personal blog and due to a torn scapholunate ligament in both of my wrists, I write using voice dictation software.

That means that grammar and punctuation may at times be amiss, and that’s because the autopunctuation software that comes with voice dictation software is useless. My excuse anyhow!

Outside of writing about my wrists and how to avoid wrist injuries when using a computer, which I frequently write about along with the best aids out there and the best rehab methods for hand and wrist injuries like what I have and ones like it like RSI et cetera, I am a lover of psychology, science’y things, movies, fiction and self-improvement.

In fact I’m a lover of many things and to say the least I have a very inquisitive mind and love to understand why everything is the way it is. I am also a little obsessed with the notion of trying to find the positives in everything.

I firmly believe that the key to a happy life is understanding, the more you understand the world the more you are able to handle what it is the world throws at you.

So a lot of what I post on this site will be aimed at my search for understanding why the world is the way it is and why people do the things that they do.

But understanding on its own is no good if you don’t use that understanding to improve yourself, and that is the second part of what I mainly use this site for, for self-improvement.

The way I see it knowledge and understanding is pointless if you are not willing to use it as a means to empower yourself so that you can live the happiest life that you can live.

That’s why I mainly use this blog as a means to aid in my search for how to use understanding as a means of empowerment to help me live the best life I can live.

So basically I am a thinker, and this blog is where I do most of my thinking. And I think using voice dictation software… This may not end well…

Jokes aside thanks for reading and hope you find this blog of use!
